For several years ADECAP has been working on the development of class hours accompanying teachers of the educational centres. It is a pedagogically effective work. We see the need to influence the politics and to propose the EIB emphatically. We will achieve this by reflecting and analysing the methodology of EIB, creating pedagogic materials and writing reports in order to systematize our experiences. We want to collaborate more with the local governments and other allies, which makes it clear that sustainability and possible impacts are priority topics in this project.
Currently the province Tayacaja does not have a local education programme. The UGEL-T (Unidad de Gestión Educativa Local-Tayacaja – Department for local eduction management-Tayacaja) is planning to start this education programme in 2013 to culminate it in 2014. This is a favourable moment for the implementation of the current project in order to incorporate the methodology proposed by ADECAP. On that note, the UGEL-T is a strategic ally to achieve the incorporation of the EIB in the province. For this final stage of the project permanent communication and coordination will be maintained, the team will participate in all scheduled assemblies for the elaboration of the local education programme for Tayacaja and present its own experiences with this methodology.
Hereby ADECAP contributes to putting into practice the EIB in the province Tayacaja and to ensuring the children the access to an appropriate, intercultural and qualitative education. For the EIB ADECAP designs documents for the instruction of teachers, guides for the elaboration of lessons, workbooks for the children, teaching material and others for the use in classrooms, which will be handed over to the experts and to the local and education authorities.
OBJECTIVE: The transference of the proposed methodology of EIB – ADECAP to the local political and educative authorities in order to guarantee its continuity
EXPECTED RESULTS OF THE PROJECT :
R1: Elaborating and validating the pedagogic modules of the proposed EIB of ADECAP in order to spread the proposal among the most important actors of the province.
R2: Mothers/fathers value the educational concept of the EIB and take part in the learning process of their children.
R3: Relevant actors (UGEL-T, superior pedagogic institutions EIB, authorities of the districts, communities and regions) promote the EIB and the proposed pedagogy of the EIB.
R4: Planning, monitoring and evaluation in order to invigorate the project management.
